How do you go about paying your bills? Because with EE if your a day or two late, they’ll slap on there extra charge!! The so very nice people…..

I paid but not showing

I paid a device payment as my direct debit has been cancelled for an unknown reason and I was due to pay money, but I have had an email confirmation but it’s not showing on my account, my bill payment showed straight away as paid 

Resolved! Contacting EE

Hi, I received a letter saying my payment had failed (i’m not sure how as it comes out the first of the month) it stated I had to make a payment online but everytime I tried to do so it wouldn’t let me and now I have been without wifi for over a week...
