I don't have ee mobile number so how I can active my discovery+ from EE subscription?

@barbara112 If you login to your online account, select Plans and Subscriptions> Manage TV & Sport, do you see Discovery+ there with an activate button below, if so click that and follow the activation process to get setup.
The activate discovery+ button about halfway down this page should take you directly to the activate button if you are having an issue finding it in your online account.

Do you currently have EE TV and are looking to activate the discovery+ subscription included in that?

If it is doing the same on both, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call @barbara112.
They'll be able to bring up your account and see if they are able to get it added for you.
