I’ve recently upgraded to unlimited data and it was working fine for the first two days but now I only get a few minutes of it working a day does anyone know how to help? It was fine all the time before I upgraded but now it’s just not working

What do you mean by "I only get a few minutes of it working a day"?
Are you saying that data stops working mid-browsing session, when coverage is still displayed? Or something else?

Exactly that I’ll be mostly looking up how to fix it and then lit will just randomly stop working it’ll still have the 4G icon but nothing loads on any app

Are you still able to make & receive calls, send & receive texts, when this happens?
If you toggle mobile data off/on, does it resume OK?
Does this happen in one specific location, or is it more generalised?

Apologies for the delay it went out again. I can make calls but texts don’t go through and no matter what I do it doesn’t go back to normal and for some reason it appears to only be happening in my house

The first step to try is restarting your device.
Do you know if anyone else on EE is facing the same issue?
You can check the network status in your home area at Check mobile coverage where you can also report any issues you are facing, as well as sign up for updates on any known issues that may be going on.
