Unable to gift data.

 Struggling to gift data to my kids, all on the same billing account and have gifted data on the past. Any ideas why I can no longer gift data to my kids.

Have you upgraded or change your plans on any lines recently? 

Can you try logging out of the EE app and back in again? 

If you're still facing an issue gifting data please give Customer Care a call on 150 where a guide will be able to investigate the error, as well as manually gift the data for you if needed.
