SSL issues when using EE cellular data

I've noticed in the last two weeks that I can't access certain apps like ChatGPT and Snapchat because it's flagging up that  the server is using the wrong SSL certificate. It works perfectly via WiFi and if I use a VPN on cellular, it works fine also...
