Constant data disconnects on multiple devices

Good evening,

I have constant issues with my mobile data dropping out on my EE 4g SIM card used in A Galaxy zfold 3, usually after a few minutes of use. The only way to reinstate data is to toggle airplane mode. This started happening during January. I ordered a replacement SIM and the problem still exists. I'm having the same issue with a 5g  EE SIM in a 4gEE router... Dropping data thus forcing a reboot. After maybe a few minutes of having data.

I've swapped my 5g SIM to a 5gEE (Zyexel NR5103) router and the same happens.

Swapped to a Huawei H122-373 5G router and the same.

However when I travel to a different area with my phone the data works absolutely fine. Steaming, surfing etc.

My phone has a dual SIM and the EE card does the same in either slot.

I have a Vodafone SIM that works in in my phone and in my routers.

My wife is on EE but has no problems with her data.

This all seemed to start when there were "network issues" across the area, issues that apparently have been sorted.

I should add that we have no access to fibre broadband in this area NR25 6 and rely on a data connection for all our Internet access. I'm around 500m from the mast.

Voice and texts are fine.

APN is set up correctly across all devices.

How can I resolve this?

Hi there @Thelonemail

Thanks for coming back to the community.

Do we have any reported problems showing for the area on the Service Status Checker? If nothing is showing, you can report the problems you having and our network team will get this looked into and send you an update.

If you have already done this and nothing was reported, please give us a call and our technical support guides will get this fully investigated for you.

Let me know how you get on 🙂

Leanne.
