Re: Constant data disconnects on multiple devices

I am having the same dramas. It was happening with an iphone 15 pro. Constantly losing service but still showing as receiving a signal and 4/5g. I only find it has lost signal when I try to use it to call or whats app and it doesnt work until I put it in and out of airplane mode.

I bought a new iphone 17pro as I thought the phon e was faulty. Nope. Happening again. It is driving me insane and EE technical help are a nightmare to deal with. Sent me a new sim and the same is still happening. They are now saying probably its a faulty phone. The phone is 1 week old and has exactly the same issues as the last one. Impossible.

Did you get this issue resolved and if so what was the problem? If they dont fix it soon I am going to have to move to another network.

thanks

Hi @Jeebh,

Welcome to the Community!

We know how important it is for you to be able to stay connected, so I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having, and I can appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.

Given the trouble you've had has been with both of your phones then it would make sense that this was related to your SIM, which will be why this is one of the first things the team have looked at.

As it has now been established that this isn't the cause we would expect the team to run through further diagnostics with you. If you're not satsified that this has been done then you are able to raise a complaint, and call back to speak with another advisor.
