Data gifting is not working

I can usually gist some of my data to me son but since yesterday this service has been ‘down’ I have plenty of data. I cannot find a live chat option too ask EE

No data

My data plan was supposed to have increased but it says i have nothing left of my original 2gb so can't use my phone off wifi. I see some users have a similar issue, how do i fix this please? TIA

Hi I’m trying to gift data to a different number, but it’s not letting me. 

How can i check my balance on a data SIM without TFA

I have a PAYG SIM which i need to check the balance of - how can i do this without the need for TFA - i cannot add it to my account without TFA and i cant text from it either as i don't have the SIM in a phone Many thanksNF

Gifting data

Is anyone else having problems gifting data to a second line? I do this every month without a problem to my son’s phone. But there is a technical problem that will be fixed soon, but nearly a week later it’s still saying the same.

Resolved! Data Gifting not working

I have been trying to gift data all morning but I cannot seem to do it.I get a warning "Sorry, we can't show this device's data right now. Please try again later."There is no indication  of how long this will take, or what the problem is.
