Hi, I bought a SIM card and paid £15 for a 25GB data plan, but the data isn’t working. In the app it sometimes says I have no data, and other times it shows I have 25GB  so I’m really confused. I don’t know what to do because my mobile data isn’t working at all. Could you please help me fix this?
