No service

I have upgraded from an iphone 11 to an iphone 14 and i have put the sim from my 11 into the 14 but its not getting any service. How do i get service on my new phone?

How do I add more data on just as I’m running out

I had a text informing me I get 12gb extra data this month but it's not showing up on my allowances what can I do please

Resolved! Run out of data in Spain

We are in Spain on holiday. My wife phone has just about run out of data, only 97mb left. It does not restart till 5th August. How do we top it up, is it possible? It’s a business contract we are on. There is no data to gift. Thanks
