Hi, 

 

my data does not work on my phone consistently for the past few days. This is happening even when I put my data in and off and are in areas where I usually got a good signal.

When you're trying to use data is this still working intermittently, or since you first notice this issue have you been unable to connect full stop?

Have you checked to make sure you still have a remaining allowance by texting AL to 150 too?
