Hi anyone help ? When I click on data usage it goes to blank screen but can get into all other screens perfectly.

Hi, I downloaded the app rather than logging in through the web browser like I usually do and it’s let me do it.

Do you get an error message when you try and gift data?
Can you gift data using the My EE app?

Same problem, can’t gift data as screen goes blank. Been trying for 2 days. Help.
