Won’t let me gift any data

Hi anyone help ? When I click on data usage it goes to blank screen but can get into all other screens perfectly.

is there something wrong with the website

Hi @Jodiburton69, @Bowks80 and @murandsus.

 

Are you all using the My EE app? If so, could you try deleting it and redownloading? Could you also try logging into your My EE account on the desktop website please?

Mine is doing it from the desktop site not the app.

This wasn’t on the app, from desktop.

I’ve just managed to do it from the app 👍

have tried on mobile and desktop. Grrr

today is Sunday and I also still cannot gift my son any data. Absolutely disgusting that this has gone on for almost a week and the issue is still not fixed

Are you using the My EE app or My EE account online? 

 

Do you get an error message when you try and gift data?

You can dial 150 and get it gifted.
