Hi anyone help ? When I click on data usage it goes to blank screen but can get into all other screens perfectly.
is there something wrong with the website

Done both of them, still not working! I took my kids phones out on ee so I could gift them data. Will go elsewhere if this isn't resolved

Another way to think about this is EE overcharging or stealing your money. The advice about calling the call centre is feeble. If it's a widespread problem it's a tech problem and there should be a prompt tech fix with reimbursement to users affected

If you are having problems gifting data our tech gurus on 150 will be able to run through some troubleshooting and if needed open a support ticket for your My EE.
they can also help you transfer data when on the call.
