Add data option is blocked

Hi there. I need to add more data to my mobile but it says its blocked and to contact the account holder. I am the account holder?? I can't seem to remove the block

Have you set yourself as the 'Bill Payer' in your My EE account? It's under the Manage Numbers section.

Are you getting the same error that you're not the account holder here?

If you are, have you tried the steps @Christopher_G recommended?

@EEisntverygood  If your setup as an account user and not as the bill payer you can not purchase data add ons.  Only the bill payer can do that as they control the account.    So at best guess you’re not set as the account bill payer and are still setup as a user of the account.   

 Just an hint it’s probably best not to try and insult someone who can help as why should they try and help you otherwise.
