Add data option is blocked

Hi there. I need to add more data to my mobile but it says its blocked and to contact the account holder. I am the account holder?? I can't seem to remove the block

Having this issue and I am the account holder/bill payer. Verified under the manage numbers section of my account.

Go to the EE App > Profile (icon in top right) > Settings > Buy more data and ensure this is switched on.
