Smart 4g Hub blocking some internet access

Resolved! Returning equipment

I am ending my home mobile broadband early due to never having a signal. I’ve spoken to someone from ee and they said they would be send out a return bag for an equipment and I haven’t received one yet. It’s nearly been 2 weeks.

4 G Hub change from IPV 6 to IPV 4

I can’t access certain apps and I’ve been told that it’s because the hub uses IPV 6 and not 4 , I have been into the hub control page but cannot see how it would be possible to do it .Any ideas please ?

Resolved! Fixed IP address for 4G router

Is it possible to get a static IP address allocated for my 4G router?I work from home and services I connect to need to know my IP for security, but it changes quite freqently during the day, even if I don't reset the router.Thanks
