Why don't EE give notice on maintenance like banking and broadband and mobile providers It's happening to often 

EE account not recognising my ported number

We moved our business phone numbers to EE but our EE account will not recognise the ported over numbers. What do we do about this please? Can anyone actually help. Customer service have tried twice but nothing has been done about this.
