I have the same problem, and can log into the website BUT it's unable to load any of my details or any of the pages. Just keeps telling me that it's on their end and to reload/try again later...except it's been that way for weeks now.Any advice?

Resolved! App is unusable due to maintenance

So with app being updated I cannot get access to my home settings. So cannot pause/unpause WiFi or manage schedules. There was no notification this was happening and makes it unusable. Useless from EE as always.
