this company is so garbage why is it happening on web and app like i cant even add a add on cause of this always errors this why vodafone better i cant wait to cancel my ee contract and move

Are you able to get logged in ok it is just when accessing the add-ons page you are getting this error? Have you tried multiple different browsers?
Which add-on is it you are looking to add as a lot of them can be added by text message also if you are having issues online currently and need an add-on.
I’ve had this issue for four weeks across multiple devices both online and in the app. Finally, after a 50 minute phone call today, their Tech 2 team admitted this is a known issue and they’re working on a fix.
