why is ee so bad this company sucks i want to get add on but doesnt allow yet stupid same message over and over yet ee say my account is fine

this company is so garbage why is it happening on web and app like i cant even add a add on cause of this always errors this why vodafone better i cant wait to cancel my ee contract and move

Welcome to the EE Community

 Are you able to get logged in ok it is just when accessing the add-ons page you are getting this error? Have you tried multiple different browsers? 

Which add-on is it you are looking to add as a lot of them can be added by text message also if you are having issues online currently and need an add-on.
