Hi. I'm abroad in the USA at the moment and need to speak with customer services via live chat but it doesn't seem to be working. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I wanted to look at upgrading my handset early but all I get is the above message. I have rang EE but they said it looks fine on their end. Has anybody found a solution ?

Resolved! Can I remove a devise from one account and re add it to another

My partner has added my phone to her EE account however I would like to be be on my EE account Is there anyway I can take it off her account and add it to my own?
