I have just rejoined EE after using a different service provider for a few years and I'm trying to create an account, however, this isn't possible as my email address is already registered from my previous plan around 4 years ago. When I log into my old account it says 'Account closed'.
How do I get round this without a new email address??

You need to call CS to delete your old MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired.
