Hi,
Cant link my number to account put number in then get a code in sms and enter then its says can't link at minute come later after we fix things.

Are you using an email address that has been used for an EE account previously?
Is the SIM card pay as you go or pay monthly?

Yes for the email as I've only got that email and I've got a monthly ee sim and I've got a ee pay as you go sim too.

You can't link pay as you go with pay monthly.
To use My EE for your pay as you go number you will need to use a different email to register.

I've tryed linking to a new account and get the text for it and says on can't link it come back after we fix things

I put it in my phone to get code so think it is.

I haven't top it up yet, it that why it might not link to account but going to try it now and see if it links or not.
