I bought the SIM card in the store. But It sometimes shows that they can’t generate a passcode. Even when I get the passcode and input it, it shows that ‘we’re having trouble linking your products. I don’t know how to proceed payment now. I want to get some help. Thanks in advance.

Is your SIM active? if not, please could you activate your SIM then try linking this again.
