Hi I have a data plan on my IPad. I ran out so topped up 1GB which only lasted about 1hr so put on £20 worth which only lasted for the same sort of time. Am I doing something wrong. ThanksMat

Account not visible

When I log on to my EE via the app or online nothing about my account is visible. All I can see is my profile. Any Iseas why or how I can access my account?

Why do you feel this is necessary every time?I use fingerprint but cant use that until i dig out password to get into app.Sort it out will you.
