New to EE.
When I try to install the My EE app it says "app is not available for your device"
I have a Redmi Note 9S with Android 12.
What is the problem?

No, I believe I'm on the latest version for my phone.
Version 12 is pretty recent!

I have spoke with the relevant team about your handset and the EE App and unfortunately it is not supported.
Please be assured you will still have access to your My EE online.
