Upgrade anytime costs

I was looking at upgrading one of my contracts. It says that I need to pay 600 pounds to upgrade. Thats fine.

But then it says I need to pay £750 pounds for the device up front, and it also says I need to send my existing phone back.

Is that right? Or is the 750 pounds including the 600 pounds I need to pay to upgrade?

@r2k  this is a bit of guess work because it’ll be better if you provides screenshots of this.

The £600 is to pay off your current airtime contract. The £750 will be the upfront cost of the new device.  The request to return will probably because your £600 is paying off the airtime part of the contract not the device, you still owe on the device so you’re trading in towards the cost of the new device.   I’m going to guess iPhone Duo at this upfront cost.    Just a word of warning you’ll not get it for quite sometime if that’s the device you’re looking at.   ( January)
