Why has EE Billed me twice in one month?

I have been charged twice for my broadband on 22 and the 30th April? They are exactly the same amount? I cannot call EE, as seems to be the only option, how do I get in contact via EE or other online ways to get this rectified?@CustomerService Thanks

Resolved! Final Bill Payment Confusion.

Hi, I phoned EE on the 18th of September to cancel my contract early. I was told I would be charged on the 18th of October for my final bill. My direct debit is correct and the bill hasn’t been taken. I can’t see my final bill online. any help?
