Hi, I have recently upgraded one of my plans under my account but the NHS Perks discount hasn't been applied. When will this be done and I imagine it will be backdated to the upgrade date?

I'm sorry to hear that your Perk discount hasn't been applied even after adding this online. The best next step is to call our team directly so they can review your order and look into the missing discount further.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Yes I did generate a new code from my NHS perks account but for some reason its not applied it
