I can’t link my Sim on the EE App

Hi there, I just switched to EE on a pay monthly sim.  I’ve downloaded the EE App and registered but it won’t let me link my sim to the account…it just keeps saying that ‘it’s not working’.  This has been going on for a week or so.  Any ideas how to fix this?  Thanks.
