Website upgrade not working

Hi, I’m trying to upgrade via the website but every deal I click on takes me to “sorry, we couldn’t find that page”. I assumed the website was down so waited a week or so, but still no luck.

New account not showing

Whenever I log into my EE account, it only shows me my old account which was closed and doesn’t give me the option to view my current rolling SIM to see usage or amend monthly bolt ons etc.
