I feel the app has been useless for last 4 MTHS. Husband has left for O2 and he has cheaper bills, roaming for free. Surely EE can sort their app out by now? Customer Service is good yet App is appalling

@SR51 Obviously you can have a cheaper bill, if you take out a cheaper tariff that’s just logical. Can you access your online account? The app for me is work fine. Have you tried clearing the device cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app ?

I have just tried the app on my Samsung and while slow it works.
