Hi
When I try to change my settings in the app it tells me I need the bill payers permission. I am the bill payer and can't see a way of altering the settings. Can anyone advise please.

You have set up your account incorrectly.
Go into your online account - plans and subscriptions - manage numbers .
Change your account to bill payer.
