🙄 I have done all of this obviously, but under no circumstances will it download. Fed up with all you scam charges and the app is useless, just constantly sends you round in circles. Increased my broad band charge as nearing the end of my contract, what an absolute farce. Well you certainly know how to loose customers! Congratulations!!
