error when trying to link sim

Hi,

I got a new PAYG sim card, when I try to link this sim on the app or website I get an error, to try again later.

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to link the account for you on our side.

Welcome to the community.

Does your phone have a credit balance or an active pack? You can check on our automated 150 service. Once it does, you should then be able to link your account.
