Where can I find -> Menu > Manage Device > Ensure Calling Abroad

It's not cleare where to find: Menu > Manage Device > Ensure Calling Abroad...

 

1. The "Menu" to select 2

2. "Manage Device" to select "Ensure Calling Abroad"

 

Even when searching for it so frustrating!

 

Please could you explain step by step !

@GarryLand  Via the my EE app it’s settings>roaming and toggle on both options.

Are you on contract or PAYG? PAYG is auto enabled for roaming. You won't see any of those settings & don't need to change anything.

Hi, I can’t see manage device anywhere on the main menu when logged into ee? I have even searched it in the search bar and it sends me back here to the community.

If you tap the three lines icon in the top left corner then select Settings, you should see the correct options available.

How do you do that on a desktop?? Where is menu > Manage device??

Hello @cris171

Welcome to the community. 

The option to activate Roaming and Calling Abroad within your My EE is currently unavailable. 

You can activate roaming by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK. 

If you have already left the UK please let us know,
