Can't login to my account on website or App

For several months I have been unable to access my account on the website or app.  In store staff couldn't assist.  Get a message saying having trouble connecting and to try again later.  As I say this has been going on for months.

Hi can you help my 2 elderly parents have sim only and have both received a text I’m sure I did ring up to change there plan is there anyway you can check this for me please 

Website still not working.

Help desk says it is the problem of the connected device not something at their end.So just so you all know. If you can't connect to EE, it's your own fault and not EE's.The ultimate PASS THE BUCK.Doesn't stop them taking your money though.

Accessing Account Online

I have tried logging on to my EE account every day for about a week now to get my bill but when I eventually get logged in and click Bills and Payments it doesn't go anywhere. Any ideas how to get to see my bill?
