My phone has been stolen, but the only way it seems to contact EE is by calling them -- how can I call them if I have no phone? I cannot see any online customner support -- HELP, how do EE make themselves available to people who cannot make a phone call becuase their phone is lost?????????
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

I am sorry to hear the phone has been stolen.
To report the phone as stolen, you would need to call us from any other phone or VoIP calling service such as Skype on +44 (0)7953 966 150 or +44 (0)800 956 6000. Or, you can visit an EE Store if you have one near you.
Thanks.
Leanne.

I have the exact same issue. How do you expect me to call you from Asia when I no longer have a phone?!?!?! This is the most ridiculous and poor approach to customer service. How is there not a chat support functionality for when logged into your web-based profile?!
Is this honestly still the case?

Hi @Joncccc
I know you'll want to get this reported as soon as possible.
Have you tried to contact us via Skype? I can see my colleague has shared the details above.
