In short, I left EE and came back 4 weeks later. I cannot now use the app with the same number.
Just get account closed message. EE associate says I can't use it without a different email address. Even then, as soon as I put my number in, I get an Account Closed message.
How do I use the APP now please. Anyone had similar?

Now that you've registered a different email address, our Customer Service team should be able to check everything from our side and try to link your accounts.
