Anyone else having problems with upgrading and it comes up with this message …. When It says log in I do then i go into the upgrade page and then I drop down banner says “Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in, but you can still buy or upgrade - just choose what you want to do.”
I can only add a new phone to my contact….. I don’t want to call 105 as I can’t add a discount Code to my bill

To call EE customer service is 150, and why would they not add the discount if you discuss it with them. I actually always upgrade, ringing them, you may find a better deal by doing so.

Hi pal …. I did ring EE and they said to me they can’t add discount code anymore
