For the past week I have been unable to use the MyEE app. It takes minutes to load each page and I have been unable to get the data gifting page, which is the one I need to load at all.
I have rebooted my phone and tried at various times on both WiFi and mobile network. Occasionally I get a message saying that the app cannot connect to the network.

thanks Leanne just been speaking to them and have logged the problem. to over ride for time being i log into EE via web browser rather than the app to get working

Mine is often painfully slow. Especially when I am trying to amend the broadband settings for children’s bedtime etc.
If you go from the app, then click manage, then click broadband it often gets stuck for ages and sometimes never works. Frustrating as the only reason I went with EE is because of the ‘great parental control app’ - which needs further development in my view.
