I started a plan and flex payment, I did setup my direct debit at the beginning but the next month, my direct debit is not working. Ofcourse the result is, it affected my credit rating. I dont understand why this cant be done on the **bleep**ty and slow app. I thought this is the best network in the UK? SHOULDVE JUST STAYED WITH O2

Are both regular payments failing, or only one? Have you enquired with your bank as to the reason for failure?
Your credit file shouldn't be affected from one single failed payment - EE will attempt a second DD a short time later, 10days I believe.

Use the 360 service, just ring the number and pay it's really easy
