I’ve just moved one sim from Sky to EE. I want to move 3 more sims and sign up to a new mobile and sim contract however my account says I can’t buy anything else at this time. Call times for support is 45 minutes. Never known a. Company where it is so difficult to buy anything from. Ridiculous. Any idea how long I will need to wait before I can. I may just go to Vodafone now for the other contracts as I can buy them now without all this hassle

I’m going through exactly the same scenario now pretty much word for word so they obviously haven’t rectified anything.

Have you been advised you are not eligible for Flex Pay?
Has the order been cancelled and you are waiting for a refund?
