Hi, I am trying to add a spend cap to my daughter's phone (which is on my account) the website says to either go online or use the app and go to 'plans and subscriptions'. Maybe it's just me, but I can't find this on either. Any help welcome. I don't want to txt 150 from my phone, because that's not the phone I want to add it to, and my daughter is currently travelling, so can't do it from hers.
Also, what's the best way to actually speak to a human when you dial 150 - is there a way? I have managed this in the past but usually after about half an hour, and never quite sure how I got there!

I can totally understand the need to have the spend cap to keep the costs down when your daughter is away.
Do you have the 'Manage' option in the EE app when you are logged in for your daughter's number? If you do, the next step would be 'Settings' which would let you change the Spend Cap.
