Why i have lost faith with EE after being loyal for 10years

I am writing to formally raise my concerns about the quality of your services.

I have been a loyal customer, but my experiences have left me disappointed and frustrated. Below are the specific issues I have encountered:

11.Since moving 6months ago i have Terrible to no Signal in the RG45 Area: The network coverage in the RG45 area is consistently poor, resulting in dropped calls and slow data speeds. This has been ongoing for some time and is affecting my ability to stay connected both personally and professionally.

2. Website and App Issues: Your website and mobile app are frequently crashing or failing to function properly. Whether it’s checking my usage or attempting to pay bills, the user experience is unreliable and ffrustratings

3. Broken Upgrade Links: I have tried to explore upgrade options, but the links provided on your website and app either don’t work or lead to errors. This makes it impossible to take advantage of the services you promote. This has been a problem since November 2024.

Then on the x3 occasions i have had time during the working day,  I have x2 waited 20mins to discuss with someone and other occasion I will raise as its own complaint regarding  rude and poor customer service to others and myself.

I expect EE to provide a consistent and reliable service, which I am currently not receiving.

Please investigate these issues and let me know how you intend to resolve them. I would appreciate a prompt response to address my concerns.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours sincerely,

Stephen R

Your complaint will not be viewed and dealt with here by EE. You will need to fill in the complaints form and someone will get back to you.

EE community is just forum pages to look for answers to questions you may have, without needing to contact EE customer services.

Hope this helps.

This is not the correct platform for formally communicating with EE. We users are casual!

This has been raised in a separate thread already - https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Mobile-Network-discussions/unreadable-title/td-p/1501213

@bristolian : That's the OP's own post that has been sliced off, from here presumably.

The OP had added it as a "me too" style post to another thread about coverage in Theale and environs from 2022. Hence linking to it here to save duplicate responses to that specific issue.
