I’m disappointed with the outcome of my recent experience with EE. As a loyal customer for over a year who has always paid on time, I applied to get a TV through Add to Plan but was told I’m not eligible. I really count on EE and expected some flexibility or support based on my good payment history and loyalty. As a full-time student, I’m doing my best to manage financially and was hoping EE would recognise that. I hope in the future, EE can better support long-term customers who trust and rely on your services.

Welcome to the community.
I can understand your frustration when you aren't able to add to your account.
Any Add to Plan eligibility is worked out automatically on your account based on many factors such as your payments and your credit score.
To be eligible the system would generate if you can take an Add to Plan product, the amount you can take and the monthly value. It isn't just based on you paying your mobile bill.
It is something that can change at any time, so it is worth keeping an eye on your account to see if you are able to add in the future.
