Does anyone know why the ee app is so slow takes forever to log in and it's nothing to do with signal as it's the same when on WiFi. Thanks

Are you using the latest version of the app? (Please check your app store for updates if you're not sure.

Same for me, since last 2-3 app updates it's slow. It takes minimum 15 seconds from opening app to prompt for fingerprint. Yes I have clean installed latest version.

Have you tried clearing the app's cache @djcsurf?

As stated, clean install.
Have done this last couple of version.
Definitely something in last 2-3 updates has caused this problem and if I try installing an older version it tells me to update. EE to blame for this problem.

Over the last two updates this App has got slower and slower. Installed lasted version of App 23/06/23, cleared cache/data/etc still painfully slow. Its takes two minutes to recognise login then hangs when selecting 'gift data'.

The EE app has also been slow for me for the last two years TOO. It has gradually now become unsueabley slow and frankly unacceptable from EE.
