For the past week I have been unable to use the MyEE app. It takes minutes to load each page and I have been unable to get the data gifting page, which is the one I need to load at all.
I have rebooted my phone and tried at various times on both WiFi and mobile network. Occasionally I get a message saying that the app cannot connect to the network.

I have a similar problem - app is responding incredibly slowly (minutes to move between pages and have not got further than the home screen all week) and I have not been able to use it for the one thing I need to use it for which is to gift data to my wife. Online chat does not appear to be available and the call centre number is routing to aessage saying it is unavailable

If you are unable to access your My EE app, can you try deleting the app then going to the play/app store searching My EE and redownload the app, does this work for you?
Can you access your My EE account online to gift data?

The App is garbage. I have 6 phones with EE on pay monthly. The App takes forever to load and is almost unusable. I have uninstalled and re installed app a number of times. EE need to wake up as they are definitely not the cheapest Network and gather have the worst app. All I want to do is gift data between my phones more or less impossible with app. I have to go via the web page to be able to do. I suggest EE get rid of Kevin Bacon from the adverts and use money they save to get the App working. Very Bored EE user for past 24 years!!

Is the same happening on each device?
Are you using mobile data or connected to WiFi when using the app?

Hi Leanne use on my phone only samsung 23 ultra via my wifi which is an ee router and broadband. Does the same disconnecting wifi using 4g or 5g. I was also in turkey last week and the same wifi or on turkeycell. I have unistalled and re installed app a few times

Have you tried clearing the cache then deleting the app and going to the app/play store searching My EE and redownloading the app?

Have tried that still the same problem, either locks up or takes a few minutes to go to the gifting page. really not good enough. Just logged in on an Apple phone and was slightly quicker
