My ee app not working

My ee app not working again. 

Called CS 2 days ago to escalate as couldn't gift data. 

Still not working today. Tried reinstalling the app and clearing the cache. No joy. 

@EE please fix. 

Always an ongoing issue.

Why for the number 1 company??

Our technical support team should definitely be able to help with this, @Snuggs-47. They could look into the possibility of removing the details from the online account for you to register again from scratch and follow through with some other troubleshooting options.

I recommend getting back in touch so they can look into it for you.

My app not working for months and months. I am a business user and looking at taking my 3 phone lines elsewhere. O2 look good if people looking to leave.

@1Baloo   Have you cleared the device cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the app ?  Can you access your online account ?

Hi there.

Sorry for the late reply to this but it's just to say that a week or so ago the app on both android and iOS seemed to right itself in that I can now see my bills and check which plan I'm on.  I don't know when it happened as I just checked one day and it worked.

I hope all is okay now with others who had the same problem.

I have this issue also today and for the last few days. I just called technical and they said give it a couple of hours and then phone us back and we will log into MyEE for me and gift the data I need to send 😂
