Are you having issues with your internet? If so what type of issues and is this in relation to broadband or mobile data?

Yes.
My net is not working.
It has not been working well during the last three weeks and it has got me
disappointed with ee.

I am sorry to hear that @Amirmz , it is your home broadband you are having the issues with? Have you tried using our fault checking service? 

If you are experiencing issues with your home broadband you can text HELP to 66033 and then follow the steps in the reply. We will run a check on your broadband for any faults, if any are found and an engineer is required we will book one in for you. If no faults are found a member of our broadband technical team will call you back in 30 minutes to investigate your issue further.
