I’m hoping someone can clarify something regarding TNT Sports on HBO Max through EE.
My EE plan includes Inclusive Extra – TNT Sports on HBO Max, and from the information shown on my account, it appears that I should be able to watch TNT Sports with features including 4K/UHD where available.
However, when I sign into the HBO Max app using my EE/TNT Sports entitlement, I don’t seem to have the option to watch TNT Sports in 4K UHD. The streams appear to be limited to HD, even when the event itself is available in UHD.
I’ve attached a screenshot showing what my EE account says I’m entitled to.
Has anyone else with the EE Inclusive Extra TNT Sports on HBO Max package managed to get TNT Sports in 4K/UHD through the HBO Max app?
Is 4K/UHD supposed to be included with this EE entitlement, or does it require a different HBO Max/TNT Sports subscription or add-on?
Any advice would be appreciated, especially from EE if they can confirm exactly what quality is included.
